I had my braces done here about 12 years ago and I was so thrilled with the results that I just had to bring my daughter here for her braces as well! After her 2 years with them, we’re so happy with her results and she’s ecstatic with her smile! I’ve been recommending them since I had mine done, and they’re still fabulous! 5 stars for sure! 😊

I am an adult patient that had to have a permanent retainer replaced yesterday. The replacement did not go well and it really bothered my mouth. My bite was off. Even though I told the hygienist, he said it was the best he could do, so I believed it would be ok - I would give it a try, go home and see how things went. When I got home, it just didn’t feel comfortable or right. The bottom teeth kept pushing up against the new retainer. I called the office today and explained the situation. They squeezed me in knowing that I was a little anxious and uncomfortable. The Orthodontist checked out the work that had been done yesterday and agreed that it needed to be changed. The retainer would be removed and replaced again. I was taken care of by Sunny. She was amazing. She did not have to do anything to adjust or file down the new retainer once she had completed the work. No additional filing! I told her she must’ve graduated at the top of her class and I know I embarrassed her. Thank you Sunny for making my day, and renewing my faith after something had gone wrong. As always DAVIS Orthodontist came through by making sure I was a fully satisfied patient. A shout out to the staff that manages incoming calls and request from patients to say: You are amazing, professional, and accommodating. You always make me feel at ease no matter what the situation. Both my daughters, and I have been patients and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve never had any issues and the first time I encountered a problem they made things right. I had such a pleasant and wonderful experience at Davis Orthodontics Richmond Hill. Dr. Leung and her entire team went the extra mile to ensure my Invisalign journey went smooth. Horrible. Leaving 2 stars because they always remove 1 star reviews. They made my face look like a hyena. I ended up with severe breathing obstruction and apnea and have to have very complex double jaw surgery and TMJ replacement and two tooth implants and 7 years of braces as an adult because the clueless Davis hygienists ruined my teeth and jaws since neither them nor the so called orthodontists know anything about jaw expansion and proper alignment. They do excel in charging you hefty amounts of money for the mutilation though.

I was waiting for my treatment to be over to write my experience with them. The orthodontists were very arrogant and they didn’t explain about the treatment plan. I asked them a couple of times but no clear answer. Interestingly I was the one who was paying them 7 grand and they were working in my mouth but it’s so hard for them to answer my questions. Specially when I questioned about other options and the way the orthodontist answered my question was like I have no right to ask questions and finally she didn’t explain it properly. When my treatment was over they gave me a Starbucks gift card and they asked me to write a good review for them which I think they ask all their patients. I saw dr. Davis only once and that’s it. Even after 3 yrs my teeth are not fixed and I’m not happy with the final result. Three years ago I went to another good rating dr and he said he can do it for 3000$ but because of higher reviews on Google for Davis ortho I chose them! But I am very disappointed with the final result. Is there anything that I can do! No! I just regret all the money, time and energy that I have wasted! Also I should mention that when I asked them about the diff between removable vs permanent retainer the dr did not provide any detailed information. Do your research throughly before making decisions.
